After a long day, I decided to bake something familiar. Recalling the success of the previous carrot cake, I attempted to bake it again.
12th of October, 2011.
This time, recalling the tendency for my previous cakes to rise more in the middle, I turned the oven down a bit, halfway through the baking time.
I also opened the oven too early, believing it to be ready, however it was not. I’m fairly sure this resulted in a bit of a sad cake overall.
It still tasted carroty and nice.
